Deposition Designations

Do you ever find yourself up late at night highlighting pages of depositions by hand? Our consultant has a better way! Through the use of the latest software platforms we are able to create simplified, color-coded designation scripts with ease. Designations can be coded by party, whether or not an objection has been made to each question and answer, and by type of designation. This can even be taken a step further and each individual objection can be annotated onto each page to create easy communication during review with the trial judge. Video deposition scripts will also show the run time of the total video as well as the amount designated by each party. Allocation of time by party allows the proper amount of time to be assigned to each side in trials that are on a clock.
